Hey Soup Enthusiast,
I have another delicious soup for you which is part of the 💲 savings of soup category.
Me and my family haven’t been too well recently and I found this soup to be a perfect home remedy for elevating cold symptoms.
🍲 Today's soup: Curried sweet potato & lentil
I have particularly enjoyed the curried soups I have made recently and this one was no exception. This sweet and spicy soup was tasty and warming, it reminded me of the curried parsnip soup I made not so long ago. The sweet potato and lentil soup created a substantial amount and was very filling.
The curry powder could be made to suit your own taste, so why not make your own?
Additionally, natural yoghurt could be added if you wanted a tasty contrast to the flavor.

🍠 Ingredient of the week: Sweet potato
Fact - Sweet potato originated in the tropical regions in the South and Central America but, today it is mostly farmed in China. They can be white, yellow, red, purple or orange. The orange-fleshed sweet potatoes are sweeter than the others.

Check out the delicious ramen my dad cooked for dinner on Tuesday, it was very tasty and had a warming broth base which was used to cook the noodles in to add taste.
I cooked the noodles in the broth and fried the chicken separately.
