🍲 Spiced carrot soup

Hey Soup Enthusiast,

I am back with another soup for you.

I am sure you will agree the wait was worth it.

Once you taste this soup, I am sure it will be one for the front of your cookery book.

🍲 Spiced carrot soup

A tasty soup with a blend of spices that are acompanied well with the sweet flavour from the carrots. Garlic crutons bring the flavours together and add a light crunchy texture.

Creating this spicey carrot soup was very easy but, it did take a while to prepair.

Peeling the large amount of carrots was very time consuming for me as I strugle to see the skin of the carrot compaird to where I had already peeld.

What I did find good about this recipe was the adaptabuility of the spices.

If you like one perticular spice mix or prefure to make your own, like i did by using chilli flakes and paprika instead of chilli powder, you can!

It turnd out to be quite spicy, which was a good thing and the spices complemented the flavours.

Overall this was a very tasty soup and one I will certenly be making again!

Fact - Carrots can comein other colours than orrange such as purple, yellow or white, so why not try these types in your soup as well?

Cooking tip - Carrots can be used to balence acidic flavours due to their sweetnes and therfore create a more balenced dish.
